For us….David vs Goliath My wife incurred serious injury due to faulty equipment on a British Airways flight from Canada to UK. After treatment for her injuries and returning to Canada, my wife became frustrated dealing unsuccessfully with this large British based Company. We experienced unbelievable bureaucracy and total unwillingness to deal fairly for expenses incurred. We were at an obvious disadvantage residing in Canada.
